Shipping policy
At Royale Basic, we are committed to delivering your orders as efficiently as possible. Below is an overview of our shipping policy to ensure you have all the information you need about your order's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Order cut off:
Orders placed before 12:00 AM (midnight) EST will start processing the same day.
Shipping Timeframes:

USA & Canada: Shipping typically takes between 7–12 days.
- UK: Shipping typically takes between 6–9 days.
- Australia & New-Zealand: Shipping typically takes between 7–10 days.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 days for processing before your order is shipped.
- Estimated Arrival Time: Your order should arrive within 8-14 business days (Processing Time + Shipping Time).
Shipping Locations:
- Please note that your items may arrive separately if they are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for your order.
Customs and Local Taxes:
- Custom Delays: We strive to ensure your order arrives promptly; however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs or the postal service.
- Custom, and import duties: Royale basic will cover any customs, or import duties if applicable. You only pay the amount shown on the website, there is no hidden cost at all.
Order Issues:

Multiple Shipments: If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. Please do not be alarmed if you receive separate tracking numbers or packages arriving at different times.
Shipping Delays
We strive to deliver your order on time; however, delays may occur due to:
- Inventory availability or processing capacity.
- High order volumes during peak seasons.
- Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or strikes.
- Customs clearance issues or carrier delays.
- Order Delays: If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us, and we will work with you to issue a refund, or replacement.
Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging to expedite the resolution process.
Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Delivery Exceptions & Delivery Claims
- Customer-Caused Delivery Exceptions
If a delivery exception occurs due to incorrect address information, unavailable recipient, missing access instructions, or other customer-related reasons, Royale Basic will work with the carrier to arrange a redelivery whenever possible.
If the package is returned to us after unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will issue a refund minus any shipping fees charged by the carrier.
If the package is lost during the return-to-sender process, no refund or replacement will be available.
- Merchant or Carrier-Caused Delivery Exceptions
If a delivery exception occurs due to an error by Royale Basic or the carrier, we will work with you to arrange a redelivery, replacement, or full refund at no additional cost.
- Delivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered and proof of delivery is available (including delivery photos, GPS confirmation, or carrier records), responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
If you believe a delivered package is missing, please contact us within 24 hours. We will assist in investigating the issue whenever possible.
- Signature Delivery Requests
If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, please contact us after placing your order to request a signature-required delivery. Additional carrier fees may apply.
- Misdelivered Packages
If a package is delivered to the wrong address or left in an obviously unsafe location due to carrier error, Royale Basic will work with you to provide a replacement or full refund.
